In the fall of 2020 I worked with an interdisciplinary team to develop, create and build a coaching and nutritional wellness platform for Bella Natural Health under Dr. Dawna Jones, Board Certified Physician in OB/GYN and Integrative and Holistic Medicine. I coach weekly at Bella Natural Health using functional approaches such as healthy eating habits, mindful eating, sustainable weight loss, ways to manage sugar addiction, enhancing optimal sleep, mindful approaches to stress and anxiety, support for leaky gut, exploring ways to eat dairy and gluten free, navigating a new medical diagnosis, managing adrenal fatigue, ways to better support metabolic syndrome, lifestyle factors that affect hormone imbalance, and improving everyday health and well-being.
