& CHANGING THE PATTERN

8 week
coaching series

  • One 60 minute “foundation” session which includes exploring, discovering goals and mapping out future sessions. These appointments can be done either done virtually, by phone or in person

  • Co-creating a wellness plan for an 8 week transformation

  • Seven 45 minute weekly or biweekly sessions

  • Revisiting goals and potential obstacles during each follow up session to make changes if necessary

  • Email and text to help support positive habit change, track progress and create accountability
